Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we provide treatments, courses and model participation.

Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with DOCTOR CARE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08849372), trading as Doctor Care Aesthetics. Our registered office is 73 Golborne Road, London W10 5NP.

Treatments

  • All treatment is subject to a face-to-face consultation and a clinical suitability assessment. Treatment will not go ahead where it is not appropriate for you.
  • We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.
  • Prices shown are starting prices. The final price depends on the product used, the areas treated and what is identified at consultation, and is agreed with you before treatment.
  • No particular outcome is guaranteed. All treatments carry risks, which are explained to you before you consent.

Our cancellation and refund terms, including any deposit, are provided in writing when you book, and are available on request at info@drcareaesthetics.com.

Academy courses

  • Courses are open to anyone aged 18 or over; no previous healthcare or aesthetics experience is needed. Entry requirements (including GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade 5 or above, or equivalent, Basic Life Support and anaphylaxis training before the practical day, an enhanced DBS check, and any prerequisite course) are stated on each course page and are checked at registration. A place is confirmed in writing.
  • Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine: after the course you may only treat patients who have been assessed and prescribed for face to face by an independent prescriber. The Certificate of Completion confirms training; it is not a licence to practise.
  • Course fees, payment terms, refunds, and what happens if a course date changes or a course cannot run are set out in writing when your place is confirmed, and are available on request at info@drcareaesthetics.com.
  • On successful completion you receive the Doctor Care Aesthetics Certificate of Completion. It is not an Ofqual-regulated qualification, and we do not present it as one.
  • Practical training takes place on consenting models under the direct, one-to-one supervision of a prescribing clinician, who may stop a treatment at any time.

Models

  • Registering interest does not guarantee a place. All models are assessed for clinical suitability like any other patient.
  • Academy training treatments are carried out by a trainee practitioner under the direct, one-to-one supervision of a prescribing clinician, who may stop a treatment at any time. You are told this plainly before you agree to anything.
  • Any cost involved is explained to you in writing before you agree to treatment.
  • Clinical-record photography and marketing use of photographs are consented to separately, and marketing consent can be withdrawn.
